Nora Valli App — User Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by Nora Valli LLC in connection with the Nora Valli Facebook/Meta app, App ID 1591280685808376. This request process is available to everyone whose personal information is held in connection with the app.

Request deletion

1. Email shopnoravalli@gmail.com with the subject “Nora Valli app data deletion.”
2. Tell us that you want information associated with the Nora Valli app deleted. Include the email address or account identifier associated with your interaction so we can locate the relevant records.
3. Do not send your Facebook password, access tokens, payment details or identity documents in your initial email. If we need additional information to verify your request, we will explain what is needed.

We will review your request, verify your identity where necessary and respond with the outcome within the time required by applicable law. If information must be retained to meet a legal obligation or another permitted exception, we will explain the applicable limitation.

Disconnect the app

If you connected your Facebook account or business assets to Nora Valli, you can also review and remove that connection in your Facebook account’s Apps and websites or Business integrations settings, as applicable. Removing the connection and requesting deletion of information already held by Nora Valli are separate steps. Email us to request deletion of that information.

This process concerns information held by Nora Valli. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account.
