Nora Valli App — Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to the Nora Valli Facebook/Meta app, App ID 1591280685808376, operated by Nora Valli LLC (“Nora Valli,” “we,” “us”). It explains how information is handled when you authorize or interact with the app and its connected Facebook or Instagram features.
Information processed by the app
The information available to the app depends on the features used, the permissions granted through Meta and your role on connected accounts or business assets. Where those features and permissions are enabled, information may include:
- Account and connection information: your Meta account identifier, name, email address if shared through an authorized permission, connected account or business-asset identifiers, permission records and access tokens used to maintain the authorized connection.
- Connected business information: information about authorized Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, ad accounts, campaigns, published content and performance metrics needed for the features you use.
- Support information: your contact details and information you choose to provide when asking for help or making a privacy or deletion request.
Authorization takes place through Meta. Do not send your Facebook or Instagram password to Nora Valli.
How information is used
We use information associated with the app to establish and maintain authorized connections, provide the connected features you request, manage authorized content or marketing activity, understand the performance of that activity, respond to support and privacy requests, and protect the app against misuse. Access to a particular account or business asset depends on the permissions granted through Meta.
When information is shared
Information may be exchanged with Meta to carry out the connected actions you authorize and processed by service providers supporting the app’s hosting, operation or support. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents or the protection of legal rights. Meta handles information within its own services under its own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain app-related personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, subject to applicable deletion requirements and any legal obligation to retain particular records. A request to delete information applies to information under Nora Valli’s control; it does not delete an account or information independently maintained by Meta. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can review or remove an existing Nora Valli connection in your Facebook account’s Apps and websites or Business integrations settings, as applicable. Removing a connection does not by itself submit a deletion request for information already held by Nora Valli.
Anyone whose personal information is held in connection with this app may request deletion by emailing shopnoravalli@gmail.com with the subject “Nora Valli app data deletion.” Include the email address or account identifier associated with your interaction so we can locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitation.
