Nora Valli App — Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Nora Valli Facebook/Meta app, App ID 1591280685808376, provided by Nora Valli LLC (“Nora Valli,” “we” or “us”). They apply to the app and its connected features. They do not set purchase, shipping or return terms for products sold through our store.

Using the app

Use the app only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and business assets you are authorized to access or manage. You are responsible for the actions you authorize through your connection and for protecting your account credentials. Do not use the app to obtain unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information or interfere with the app or connected services.

Connected services

Features that connect to Facebook, Instagram or other Meta services depend on the permissions you grant and the availability of those services. Your use of Meta services is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies. Nora Valli is responsible for this app; Meta does not provide these terms on our behalf.

Privacy and deletion

Our dedicated App Privacy Policy describes how Nora Valli handles information in connection with the app. To request deletion, follow our App Data Deletion Instructions or email shopnoravalli@gmail.com with the subject “Nora Valli app data deletion.” You can also remove an existing app connection through the applicable settings in your Meta account.

Availability and ending use

App features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. You can stop using the app at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
